we have a needle exchange and we had some bad stock unfortunatly i was not informed about it untill it came up in a reginal meeting.i then took the action of removing them from issue and calling up our supplyer and they have now removed them from sale.

it is so very important that if people have issues with works that they inform the member of staff from whom they are getting them from. this means that alternatives can be sourced
