we r a group of service users based in the Medway towns called MUST(Medway users standing tall)looking for advice from other service user groups.Are role is mainly to gather feedback about the providers of all substance mis(use?) in the Medway towns,and hopefully OD/HR training by service users 4 service users in the future.Any advice would be appreciated especially about keeping are independence and any tried and tested methods of gathering feedback about service providers.we currantly have 4/5 providers for different substances and tiers 1 to 4.
